Golden Residence

The Golden Residence is a full-scale renovation of the home's main living areas, thoughtfully designed for homeowners who love to entertain and appreciate interiors that feel both sophisticated and deeply personal. Inspired by a love of warm metallic finishes, layered textures, and statement moments, the home balances bold design with effortless livability.

Our scope included the transformation of the common areas, featuring new flooring, paint, baseboards, cabinetry, lighting, furnishings, and accessories throughout. One of the most impactful changes was relocating the kitchen to a more central location between the formal dining room, casual dining area, and living room, creating a seamless flow for both daily life and entertaining.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a custom wood slat feature wall, sculptural mirror, and floating stone console styled with fresh florals and curated accessories. The staircase was reimagined with a more modern railing design, while colorful wall sculptures from Global Views introduce movement, texture, and an artistic element to the entry experience.

At the heart of the home, the family room fireplace was designed as a striking focal point. A sophisticated mix of black wood-look hex tile, antique mirrored gold tile, and warm wood accents creates a layered composition that feels dramatic, refined, and entirely unique. As one of the home's primary gathering spaces, the fireplace was intentionally designed to leave a lasting impression while reflecting the homeowners' vibrant personality.

The bar area embraces a moodier palette, featuring rich charcoal cabinetry paired with a dramatic black quartzite countertop. An antique gold mirror backsplash adds depth and luminosity, while brass hardware and plumbing fixtures introduce warmth and elegance. The result is a chic entertaining space that feels both glamorous and inviting.

The powder bathroom continues the home's signature use of gold accents and thoughtful detailing. White geometric tile with brass inlays, a gold wallcovering, custom stone vanity, statement mirror, and decorative lighting come together to create a space that feels elevated, memorable, and beautifully layered.

The result is a home that feels curated, expressive, and effortlessly stylish—where bold materials, warm metallic accents, and intentional design details create a sophisticated backdrop for everyday living and entertaining.
