Located in Lake Las Vegas, this custom new-build residence was thoughtfully designed around a refined neutral palette, layered textures, and timeless materials. The goal was to create a home that feels sophisticated yet approachable—where every finish contributes to a sense of warmth, balance, and effortless elegance.

Spanning over 5,000 square feet, we worked closely with the homeowner to curate the finishes throughout the kitchen, four full bathrooms, powder bathroom, laundry room, custom bar, and two fireplaces. From natural stone and tile selections to cabinetry finishes, plumbing fixtures, and decorative hardware, every detail was intentionally selected to create a cohesive and elevated design experience.

Rather than relying on bold trends, the design embraces a restrained palette enriched by texture, contrast, and materiality. Layered finishes, subtle architectural details, and carefully considered selections create spaces that feel both polished and inviting.

The result is a modern residence that balances clean lines with warmth, creating a home that feels timeless, sophisticated, and deeply connected to its Lake Las Vegas setting.
