Sienna Residence

This 3,920-square-foot Summerlin residence was thoughtfully reimagined with a timeless palette, natural materials, and elevated details designed to stand the test of time. Our client was drawn to warm neutrals and transitional design, creating the perfect foundation for a home that feels both refined and welcoming.

Working throughout the kitchen, primary bathroom, and laundry room, we also refreshed the flooring, paint, baseboards, and window coverings to create a cohesive flow from space to space.

In the kitchen, we honored the existing layout while completely transforming the aesthetic. Warm cabinetry is paired with Taj Mahal quartzite countertops and a full-height backsplash, creating a soft contrast that feels both luxurious and approachable. A custom Roman Clay hood introduces texture and warmth, while polished nickel fixtures and Haleigh pendants from Rejuvenation bring a sense of understated elegance. To further elevate the space, the island was wrapped in lined travertine tile and finished with a Taj Mahal waterfall edge, adding depth and architectural interest.

The primary bathroom was designed to feel serene, functional, and effortlessly timeless. Warm cabinetry, polished nickel finishes, custom mirrors, and layered lighting create a refined atmosphere, while the shower combines smooth and textured travertine tiles with Taj Mahal shelving for a subtle yet sophisticated play on texture.

In the laundry room, we transformed an everyday space into a welcoming moment within the home. New cabinetry and a classic checkered floor in a soft neutral palette create charm and character, while elevating the primary entry point from the garage. It's these thoughtful details—often found in the most unexpected places—that make a home feel truly special.

The result is a layered and inviting residence that balances timeless materials, warm textures, and carefully curated details, creating a home that feels elevated, comfortable, and effortlessly livable.
